Hatha means Exercise
Our Class is a Beginning Yoga class, for Anyone!
You begin with a breathing exercise to warm you up,
then Twenty-Six basic yoga postures,
then another breathing exercise at the end to cool you down.
Regular Practice will Improve Your:
Strength, Flexibility, Balance, Patience, Determination, & More!
Get Fitter + Gain Confidence + Feel Better + Meet Great People
Our Room is heated, to help you try the postures.
Bring a mat, towel, and water, or we have them here for you.

Accuracy means our Class is designed to safely lead you through your natural range of motion.
By following the alignments, you learn to engage your muscles correctly,
and get the best stretches,
and develop your mind body connection.
Each posture has specific benefits, and overall they add up to better health!
Hatha Yoga doesn't need to be complicated,
and you don't need to do every posture all the way to have a great class and get lots of benefits.
